How to Obtain a Return Authorization
Fax us (800-765-1960) a list of the overstock merchandise to be returned. You
may use our Problem Solver Form (found of the back of your invoice).
You may use our own computer-generated returns from. Please
be sure to include your account’s name, address, and phone number, as well as title,
quantity, item #, and reason for the return.
We will fax the RA# within 48 hours, which is good for 30 days.
To avoid any restocking fees, please comply with the following:
